Warrants were issued Tuesday for a Jenks man. Clyde Russell is charged with two counts of child sexual abuse.
Police say they've tried to get him to come in voluntarily and give a statement, but he's refused for weeks, so now they're asking for the public's help.
They say a 15-year-old girl who's a relative of Russell's told them he molested her more than once, beginning when she was 12. They say she told them the touching started as a shoulder massage but then turned sexual.
An affidavit says he told her it was OK because they were family, but later told her she shouldn't tell, then, told her he did it because he was drunk.
Court records say police had her call Russell and ask him why he touched her. It says he apologized and promised not to do it again.
Police say Russell also sent explicit photos to friends of the victim.
Chief Cameron Arthur, Jenks Police: "They cut off all contact with the victim and the family members and they were close friends," said Chief Cameron Arthur, Jenks Police.
"They were so disturbed and in fear, and that's the key component, what the victim describes as inherent fear how much more he'd go to."
Police are asking anyone who knows where Russell is, to either call the Jenks Police Department or the Crime Stoppers tip line at 918-596-COPS.
They also ask if there are any additional victims, for them to come forward.
