Former State Senator Randy Brogdon of Owasso is running for the Senate seat left open by U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn's resignation.

Randy Brogdon, who was considering challenging Governor Mary Fallin, has unveiled his campaign on his web site.

Randy Brogdon lost to Governor Mary Fallin in the 2010 Republican primary receiving 39 percent of the vote.

After the election, Brogdon took a job with the Oklahoma Insurance Department.

Brogdon joins former Speaker of the Oklahoma House T.W. Shannon, Fifth District Congressman James Lankford and Jason Weger, a Norman paramedic in the June 24th Republican primary.
