The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says its contractor is planning to finish work on the Highway 151 bridge over the Keystone Dam by the end of November.

The highway has been closed since October 2013 causing drivers to take a 25-mile detour.

Corps officials said there have been some minor delays for the $15.6 million project but they still expect to finish work on time.
