Rape Charges Filed Against Former OHP Trooper

Prosecutors have filed sexual assault charges against a former Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper.

Eric Roberts has been charged with 14 counts including rape, sodomy, sexual battery, embezzlement and bribery.

Investigators say Roberts forced women to have sex with him during traffic stops.

The Highway Patrol suspended Roberts in July, then he quit in September after his arrest.

One of the alleged victims has filed a lawsuit against Roberts.
