A Tulsa mother was arrested after a 2 and 4 year old were found wandering on the Broken Arrow Expressway.
According to an arrest report, officers responded to the 3100 block of the Broken Arrow Expressway after receiving a call of two children wandering the highway.
The officer said he recognized the two children and took them to their house, but when they arrived no one was home.
The report says over an hour passed before Lindze Arrington was seen walking around and looking for the children.
Because the children were alone for an hour and were inches from traffic, the report says Arrington was arrested for two counts of failure to provide for a minor child.
The report also says records show four outstanding warrants for Arrington.
Jail records show she's being held on several complaints including two counts of omitting to provide for a minor and two counts of child abuse.
Records show she's being held on a $102,625 bond.
