Jenks Police arrested a Tulsa man Sunday on a complaint of attempted lewd acts with a minor.
Officers said Jonathan Solomon, 40, used a smart phone app to communicate with a 14-year-old boy and meet up with him for sex. According to the officer's arrest report, the boy's stepfather called police after finding texts on the boy's phone.
Police found Solomon's car parked near the boy's house at about midnight Sunday and arrested him.
They said they found two cell phones in the car that contained more inappropriate texts to the boy. Police said the boy told them he had met up with Solomon before to engage in sexual acts.
Jenks Police booked Solomon into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of attempted lewd molestation, spreading an infectious disease and soliciting sexual contact with a minor by use of a telecommunication device.
Jail records show Jonathan Solomon is being held on a $65,000 bond with a court appearance set for November 23.
