Tulsa Police have one man in custody in connection with a double shooting early Friday.

Investigators say Marquis Marshall, 24, was arrested by sheriff's deputies in Pittsburg County.  He was found in a vehicle during a traffic stop Friday.

Tulsa detectives were en route to Pittsburgh County to continue the investigation.

Police Sgt. Dave Walker said the other suspect Dominic Marshall, 27, currently has two misdemeanor traffic warrants outstanding and was being looked as a witness rather than as a suspect in the case.  He was not yet in custody.

Walker said police got a call about a shooting in the 400 block of East Latimer Place at about 2:20 a.m.
