More Charges Filed In Tulsa Fight That Left Child In Critical Condition

There are new charges in a home invasion that sent a 9-month-old baby to the hospital.

Last week, Tulsa police arrested Jordan Morrow on burglary and assault and battery charges. Wednesday, prosecutors also filed charges against Crystal West, LaBrandon Brown and Cortney Cole.

Child neglect charges were also filed against Morrow, Brown and Joshua Hunt. Cole was also charged with permitting child abuse by injury.

Brown and Cole are not yet in custody.

Police say it started at the Meadows Apartments on October 5 when a group arrived to recover a stolen wallet.

Investigators believe Brown kicked in the front door which led to a fight. During the fight, the baby was hit in the head with a metal pipe.

The baby is still listed in critical condition.
