An Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation probe into allegations of misconduct at the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office is in the hands of Okmulgee County District Attorney Rob Barris.
Prosecutors will now decide if any charges should be filed.
The investigation was requested by Tulsa County D.A. Steve Kunzweiler after ex-reserve deputy Bob Bates shot and killed Eric Harris in April 2015.
Bates was sentenced to four years, and former Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz pleaded guilty to misusing a county vehicle and no contest to not releasing an internal affairs report on Bates' training.
An independent audit agency hired by Tulsa County Commissioners found problems including faulty record keeping, policies not being enforced and punitive measures taken against individuals who disagreed with leadership decisions during the last 10 years of Glanz's tenure.
