Fourth Person Charged In Death Of Man Found At Mohawk Park

Adan Banuelos was charged Monday with first-degree murder and kidnapping in the death of Wilmer Flores, whose body was found along a road to the entrance of Mohawk Park October 12, 2016, according to court documents.

Banuelos is the fourth person to be charged in Flores' murder.

Jose Flores-Nolasco, Alejandro Guzman and Jennifer Lopez are currently in custody and were charged October 20 with multiple charges connected to Flores' death, court documents show.

Authorities said the four suspects kidnapped Flores from his apartment at gunpoint, took him to Mohawk Park and shot him to death October 11.

Flores-Nolasco, Guzman and Lopez appeared in court October 21, according to court documents.

Lopez and Flores-Nolasco are scheduled to be arraigned October 28 at 9 a.m., and Guzman is set to be arraigned November 18 at 9 a.m., court documents show.

No information was available yet on when Banuelos will be arraigned.
