Search Underway In Cleveland County For Escaped Inmate

Officials are currently searching for an inmate who escaped from Lexington, Saturday. 

According to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Ronnie Henderson was discovered missing during a 6:00 p.m. headcount at the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center.

 Authorities are not aware of Henderson's possible direction of travel. 

Henderson was serving 40 years for 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, manufacturing a controlled substance, and eluding police.
