Langston Hughes School Board Fires Coach Accused Of Rape

A Langston Hughes Academy coach charged with raping a student with special needs has been fired.

The school board voted on Monday to fire Daniel Jones.  Jones is charged with second-degree rape and lewd or indecent proposal of a child.

Jones turned himself in last week after he was accused of having sex with a 19-year-old special needs student.
