Tulsa Man Charged In Crash That Killed Jenks Teen

Police say Zachary Lindstrom, 20, was racing another car when he crashed a 2001 For Crown Victoria into a minivan at 81st and Delaware on October 25, 2014.

Prosecutors have filed charges against a driver who hit and killed a Jenks teenager last fall.

Police say Zachary Lindstrom, 20, was racing another car when he crashed a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria into a minivan at 81st and Delaware on October 25, 2013.

Police say Cing Uap was riding in the van with her family. She died from her injuries.

Prosecutors say Lindstrom had marijuana in his system and was going between 80 and 100 miles an hour when he crashed.

Lindstrom is charged with 1st degree manslaughter, DUI (drugs) and reckless driving.

He's in the Tulsa County Jail on a $55,500 bond.
