A judge says two Tulsa brothers accused in a quadruple killing earlier this year should stand trial on first-degree murder charges.

James Poore and Cedric Poore were bound over for trial on the seventh day of their preliminary hearing.

The brothers are charged in the January shooting deaths of Rebeika Powell, Kayetie Powell Melchor, Misty Nunley and Julie Jackson at the Fairmont Terrace Apartments near 61st Street and Peoria Ave.

Prosecutors alleged that the Poore brothers robbed, then shot the women so they wouldn't identify them.

Both have pleaded not guilty to the charges and are being represented by separate attorneys.

The preliminary hearing, which started in July and had to be reset to this week due to scheduling conflicts.
