Griffin Communications Media Center Construction On Track

Concrete has been poured on our new studio floors at the Griffin Communications Media Center in the Brady District.

Construction crews say the building's progression is right on track.

The exterior and interior fixings are coming together well.

The next step is to pave the parking lot.

"This is a key project in the Brady District with all the enhancements going down here, there's like eight different projects in this area, so this is one of the main projects that everybody kind of looks at, Manhattan Construction's Bob Jack said.

Our neighbor in the Brady District is the Guthrie Green.

It's a park that will have concerts and much more.

Funding for the Guthrie Green is supplied through a partnership between the Tulsa Performing Arts Center Trust and the George Kaiser Foundation. The National Endowment for the Arts added in a $50,000 grant.
