Tulsa County Undersheriff To Retire, Accepts Job As GRDA Chief Of Law Enforcement

The Grand River Dam Authority says Tulsa County Undersheriff Brian Edwards has accepted the job as GRDA's Chief of Law Enforcement.

The Grand River Dam Authority says Tulsa County Undersheriff Brian Edwards has accepted the job as GRDA's Chief of Law Enforcement.

Edwards, who is retiring from the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office will begin his job on May 1. 2012.

Edwards is a life-long resident of Tulsa and also owns a home at Grand Lake.

"Brian Edwards' experience and skills will be a tremendous addition to our law enforcement responsibilities," said GRDA CEO Dan Sullivan. "We have a dedicated team of professional officers at GRDA, and his expertise will only serve to enhance their efforts."

Edwards has been serving as Tulsa County Undersheriff since 2004.
