Oral Roberts University divvies up some big bucks.  ORU's Board of Trustees say half of Mart Green's $70 million gift will be put toward the school's mounting debt.  The other half will be spent on campus renovations, financial aid, and marketing.

The move leaves the school $25 million in the red.  To address that financial gap, the school is starting a $25 million fundraising campaign.

Meanwhile, the lawyer for two former ORU professors claims a gag order in the case violates the First Amendment.  Gary Richardson is representing the professors in a wrongful termination lawsuit against the school.

Richardson says the gag order preventing all parties in the civil lawsuit against ORU and Richard Roberts from talking to the press is unconstitutional.
