Whatever voters decide about State Question 814 it will have implications for anti-smoking efforts and expanding health care for Oklahomans.
The state currently invests about $50 million a year into a fund for anti-smoking efforts and this state question would reduce that. Supporters counter that the fund already has plenty of money, with $1.3 billion in the bank.
