Tulsa Meals On Wheels To Provide Christmas Meals For 8,000 People

This Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa will provide Christmas meals for 8,000 people by way of a drive-thru pickup.

This is in addition to their annual Christmas Day meal delivery for 1,400 seniors at their homes.

Saturday, Dec. 19

St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (2434 E. Admiral Blvd) Food arrives at 10 a.m.; distribution begins at 11 a.m.

St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church (2720 S 129th E. Ave.) Food arrives at noon; distribution in the afternoon

Piedra Angular (13016 E. 4th Pl.) Food arrives at 1:30 p.m.; distribution begins at 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 20

Monday, Dec. 21

New Faith Baptist Church/Crestview (3237 N. MLK) Food arrives at 10:30 a.m.

YWCA 36th St N. Event Center (1125 E. 36 St N.) Food arrives at 10:45 a.m.; distribution is from 4 – 6 p.m. on Dec. 22.

Morning Star Baptist Church all day (1009 E. Pine, Tulsa, OK) Food arrives at noon; distribution begins at 10 a.m. on Dec. 22

Salvation Army-Mabee (3001 N. Martin Luther King Jr) Food arrives at 3 p.m.; distribution on Dec. 22

YWCA (8145 E. 17th St.) Food arrives at 4 p.m.; distribution from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Dec. 22

Tuesday, Dec. 22

Comunidad de Esperanza – Lutheran Church (6727 S. Sheridan Rd.) Food arrives at 11 a.m.; distribution begins at 4 p.m.

Templo Cristiano Cordero De Dios (Asbury) (6767 S. Mingo N. parking lot) Food arrives at noon; distribution begins at 1:30 p.m.
