14-Year-Old Charged With Murder After Crash That Killed Man In Tulsa

A 14-year-old has been charged with murder following a deadly crash that happened June 5 in Tulsa.

Investigators say Jakoby Lee-Golston was driving a stolen car near 71st and Memorial Monday afternoon.

They say Lee-Golston hit another car, killing that car's passenger Andrew Berryman and injuring the other driver Tyler Parrett.

Tulsa Police say there were two other teens with Lee-Golston at the time of the crash, and one of them was arrested. Officers are still looking for the third teen.
