PAYNE COUNTY, Oklahoma -- An intoxicated driver parked on I-35 caused a crash that killed an Oklahoma City woman, according to troopers.
It happened just before 4:00 a.m. Sunday at mile marker 166 in Payne County.
According to an accident report, 77-year-old Patricia Clark was traveling northbound when she crashed into a Dodge Truck parked in the outside lane of the interstate.
She was pinned for 1-2 hours and died at the scene.
The driver of the Dodge truck, 41-year-old Antonio Guardida-Mendoza, is suspected of driving under the influence. He was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
It's not known why Guardida-Mendoza was stopped on the highway.
Clark was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the report.
