Tulsa Police Identify Victim In Deadly Shooting

Tulsa Police identified the victim who was shot and killed Sunday morning at an apartment complex near 51st Street and Yale.

Police say 49-year-old Derek Brown was found shot in the chest; he was taken to the hospital where he later died.
