A woman whose conviction and 107-year prison sentence were recently dismissed in state court is back in custody Friday night.
The Muscogee (Creek) Nation has charged Kimberly Graham with five counts of homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal crash.
Graham had been convicted of driving drunk and killing five motorcyclists in 2009. She served 12 years of her sentence before her case was dismissed due to the Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction.
She has now been charged with five counts of homicide and one count of failure to stop at an accident involving death by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Attorney General's office.
