Tulsa Police arrested a man accused of breaking into three downtown Tulsa bars in two nights. In a couple of them, they said he drank some liquor and stole some cash.
Officers said surveillance video was a huge help and some employees said they're thankful it wasn't worse.
Bartender Paula Breig is mixing up some happy hour cocktails at the Soundpony Bar: a job she loves.
"It's kind of like a safe haven for people who love music and riding bikes," Breig said
Tulsa Police said Cassidy Grimes broke into the bar Sunday morning and he got busy.
"He took some well liquor, I know some cash, and he also pooped on our patio," said Breig.
Police said Grimes tried to break into Hunt Club on Monday. The owner said Grimes pried a screen off their window but couldn't get inside.
Then, police said Grimes did get into the Saturn Room, after getting in through a window.
"Got a couple iPads, went through some registers, got more from that," said Officer Andre Baul.
Baul said good pictures led officers to Grimes who was walking in downtown Monday. They said he admitted to the break-ins.
"Our impact units did a great job," said Baul. "They were able to locate this guy."
Back at Soundpony, Breig said it's frustrating to see someone do this to businesses that are already dealing with a lot but said she's thankful nobody was at the bar during the burglary.
"There are already so many struggles," Breig said. "It is frustrating, but it could have been worse."
Grimes was arrested for three counts of burglary and drug possession.
