Victim Identified, 2 Arrested Following NW OKC Shooting

Oklahoma City police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities said they found 43-year-old Darnell Jones shot dead outside of a convenience store near Northwest 10th Street and Indiana Avenue.

OCPD then coordinated with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, who pulled over a vehicle on Interstate 40 in western Oklahoma.

OHP arrested 23-year-old Simon Tiscareno and 20-year-old Aquarius Easter on complaints of first-degree murder and accessory to murder.

Both Tiscareno and Easter were transported and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center.

Oklahoma City police said its investigation is still ongoing.
