Prosecutors have charged a Tulsa County man with 20 counts of animal cruelty after deputies say they found more than 100 animals in terrible conditions in his home.
Deputies arrested Samual Smith on Friday after deputies say they found 100 animals living in tiny cages without food or water, including chickens, goats, a donkey, and a pigeon.

The animals are being treated at the Humane Society of Tulsa. Deputies also arrested Michelle Garret in connection with this case.
