Teenage Suspect Arrested, Accused Of Killing 13-Year-Old Boy

A teenager has been arrested for the murder of a 13-year-old boy at an apartment complex earlier this week, Tulsa police said.

Officers said the 13-year-old suspect shot and killed 13-year-old Lamar Norman at the Savanna Landing Apartments near 61st and Peoria early Monday morning.

Because of the suspect's age, officers are not releasing any other details.
