Sand Springs Police Warn Public To Be Safe While Sledding

In response to the hit and run tragedy in Broken Arrow, Sand Springs Police are warning to be safe while sledding.

Police said not only should you be aware of your surroundings while sledding, but parents should also not park, stop, or stand on the side of the road.

You should also get permission from businesses or homeowners before sledding on a hill if you're on private property.
