Tulsa Area Emergency Management Hopes For State Of Emergency Declaration From Gov. Stitt

Tulsa Area Emergency Management says they've applied for assistance as part of damage process and are hopeful Governor Stitt will declare a state of emergency for state funding.

Police Chief Wendall Franklin says a huge concern is there amount of short-tempered drivers going around barricades, obstructions and closed roads.
