1 Injured, Suspect Unknown After Weekend Shooting At Tulsa Event Center

A man is in serious condition at the hospital after Tulsa Police said he was shot in the back at an event center late Saturday night.

The victim, Thurman Wilson, was found shot at the Krystal Palace event center off 21st and Garnett just before midnight, according to Tulsa Police.

Responding officers said a fight broke out which resulted in the suspect pulling a gun and firing the shot.

Police described the suspect as a black male with dreads who was wearing a white t-shirt.

TPD says the bullet is lodged in Wilson's spine, which could paralyze him.
