Silver Alert Canceled For 75-Year-Old Tulsa Woman

Oklahoma Highway Patrol has canceled the Silver Alert for 75-year-old Yvonne Ratliff, who was reported missing on Dec. 23, 2023.

OHP released the subject has been located on Sunday morning but did not reveal the condition she was found in.

Officers said she was in the early stages of dementia and needed insulin, which she hadn't had in two days.
