News 9 Storm Tracker Brandon Pennel reported from Veteran's Park near 4th Street and Bryant in Moore Saturday morning around 11 a.m.

Pennel captured water moving incredibly fast.

The water in this video could be about 8-10 feet deep, according to Pennel.

"You can literally see water rising by the minute," Pennel said.

A flash flood warning is in effect for Cleveland County until 2 p.m. Saturday.

One week ago, a woman and a child were killed when the truck they were in was swept away by floodwaters in Moore.
