It's still not the same as the "old days," but the non-conference Bedlam basketball matchup will be back next season. Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports was the first to report that a game between OU and OSU will be played at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, just like in 2024. The date for the matchup is Saturday, Dec. 13. The Sooners won last season's matchup 80-65 in front of more than 10,000 fans.

Both teams will look vastly different next season. The Cowboys' latest addition is point guard Jaylen Curry, a transfer from UMass who made it official by signing with OSU on Thursday. He's the seventh Division One transfer to join the Cowboys' roster.

There are other changes in the works for the program. Earlier this week, the news broke that assistant coach Jeremy Cox was leaving to head back to UTEP, and earlier Thursday, Rothstein reported that Houston's Kelvin Sampson was adding OSU assistant Mike Ekanem to the Cougars' staff.
