Twice a month, a small but important delivery arrives at Tulsa’s Webster High School – hundreds of pounds of food from the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to help fill the school's food pantry for students in need.
Webster is in one of the most distressed neighborhoods in Tulsa; but, despite high poverty and tight budgets, it has managed to create one of the biggest graduation rate increases in the entire state.
