TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police detectives are searching for a person of interest in a Tulsa homicide and are hoping someone will call them with a tip.
Homicide detectives are looking for 21-year-old Devin Reed. Reed is 5'10" and weighs 155 pounds.
Detectives want to question Reed regarding a June homicide.
On June 19, officers were called to a shooting at 338 West 46th Place North. The victim, Jonathan Starks, was shot in the torso. He later died at a Tulsa hospital.

Detectives are also looking for information in relation to two vehicles spotted before the shooting, parked across the street from the victim's residence. Several men were inside the vehicles, according to police.
Vehicle 1 is described as a light blue four-door Chevrolet Blazer, mid 90's box style.
Vehicle 2 is described as an older dark green four-door, full-size Lexus. It is described as having 20-22 inch rims.
Quandrae Harding, 19, was bound over for trial Tuesday. He's charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Jonathon Starks.
After the incident, Starks' father went on a shooting rampage, injuring two women near where his son was shot. Both women were expected to recover.
Starks' father is charged with 4 counts of shooting with intent to kill and will be back in court in November.
