Victims Found Dead in Truck in Pottawatomie County Identified

SHAWNEE, Oklahoma – The two people found dead in the back of a pick-up in Pottawatomie County over the weekend have been identified.

Captain Palmer from the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office said the victims are Van Reynolds and Angel Pierce.

Reynolds was shot in the head twice and Pierce was shot in the head once and had multiple stab wounds on her body, Capt. Palmer said.

Deputies arrested Jason Jackson, 28, and Amanda Creekmore, 28, for the murders over the weekend. Authorities have also interviewed a third person of interest in the case but no other arrests have been made.
