Suspect In Del City High Speed Chase Dies At Hospital

The suspect in a high speed chase that ended in Oklahoma City has died at the hospital.

According to Del City Police, the chase started in Del City and ended 12 minutes later in a crash at the S.E. 15th Street and I-35 near Grand Boulevard Wednesday afternoon. The driver slammed into a semi-truck.

Police said after the crash, the suspect jumped out of the car with a gun and got into a fight with an officer. The black male suspect was then shot. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
