Oklahoma City Woman Arrested In Food Stamp Fraud Scheme

New developments in a major food stamp trafficking investigation in the metro.

Police have arrested 45-year-old Elaine Ford who admits trading food stamps for cash at two convenience stores in northeast Oklahoma City.

Ford is among about 30 people listed as taking part in the scheme, which totals nearly $2 million.
