Broken Arrow is about to begin a streetscaping project in the community's "Rose District."
That's the makeover of its Main Street in downtown Broken Arrow.
Thursday, city leaders showed off the area to developers, entrepreneurs and small business owners, hoping to get them excited about the possibilities for the area.
"We have some great restaurants down here, some boutique stores, so it's an opportunity to add to what we already have," said Warren Unsicker, with BA Economic Development Corp.
"We think it's a great project that the city's done here, and we support it, and if there are opportunities here, we want to bring out tenants and our expertise to maybe help," said developer Bruce Bolzle.
Broken Arrow modeled Thursday's tour after a concept used by other cities to attract conventions and other events to their communities.
