Police have identified the two men killed in a head-on wreck Friday afternoon. It happened just before 3:30 p.m. on State Highway 66 near the Creek County Fairgrounds in Kellyville.
Kellyville Assistant Chief of Police John Taylor said 31-year-old Chad Russell Hillis of Okmulgee was driving a 1997 Mazda sedan when he crossed the center lane and hit an oncoming van head on.
Hillis was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passenger, William Bruton, was the only survivor of the wreck, Taylor said. Because Bruton has been in surgery, his age and residence are not yet known.

"I haven't been able to visit with him yet because of the head injury," Taylor said Saturday.
Daniel Foster, a Kellyville resident, was driving the 1997 GMC Safari van Hillis hit. Foster, 65, lived for a short time after the collision, but emergency crews were not able to save him, Taylor said.
The assistant chief said he was waiting on a toxicology report from the medical examiner to learn Hillis's condition at the time of the wreck.
Witnesses reported that Hillis was weaving across the center line prior to the collision, Taylor said.
Kellyville police will release more about the fatality wreck when the medical examiner has completed his reports, the assistant chief said. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol assisted in working the collision.
