Man Accused Of Exposing Himself Outside OKC Church

Church members in southwest Oklahoma City were shocked to see a man exposing his genitals after Sunday service.

Witnesses called police July 7 after seeing a man identified as 32-year-old Vawnoy Schane standing behind the church building in the 5500 block of S. Western. Witnesses said Schane had his pants pulled down and he was playing with himself. Witnesses said he eventually pulled his pants up and sat down on a bench.

When police arrived, they saw Schane was only wearing a pair of jean shorts with a hole cut out of the crotch. He was not wearing any underwear and police could see his genitals.

Police ordered him to stand up, but Schane refused and grabbed the bench. The officers were able to free his hands and take him into custody. Schane was booked into the Oklahoma County jail for indecent exposure and trespassing.
