The fire Osage SkyNews 6 flew over Tuesday morning is now thought to be arson, according to the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office.
Osage SkyNews 6 was en route to a house fire in downtown Porter when it flew over a single-family home on fire in the 22500 block of South 365th East Avenue. The home was a complete loss.
"Foul play is suspected as two dogs and one horse was found deceased at the residence and appeared to have been shot," Wagoner County Sheriff Bob Colbert said in a news release.
The horse was found shot in a pasture while the other animals were in their pens, according to investigator Perry Farrell with the Oklahoma State Fire Marshals Office.
The State Fire Marshal and WCSO deputies are investigating the fire as arson.
"Investigators are following up with witnesses and persons of interest in the case, while waiting for the fire marshal's report," the release states.
Another home was destroyed by a fire in downtown Porter Tuesday morning, about a block from Porter Public Schools.
The two fires don't appear to be related, Colbert said. Porter, Tallahassee and Red Bird fire departments responded.
