A complex of storms is expected to move in late tonight into the early morning hours. Strong to severe storms are possible along with localized heavy rain.
Showers and storms should develop in the western Texas panhandle and move east overnight. Best chances for rain tonight will be in northern and northwestern Oklahoma. If storms continue to march east overnight, they may become severe producing large hail and damaging wind gusts. Storms that hold together will move into the OKC metro well after midnight.
Lows tonight will drop into the lower and mid 70s with a breezy south wind. There will be a chance for scattered showers and storms with best chances again overnight Friday into Saturday morning.
Several waves of rain and thunderstorms are likely over the next four days, and totals will likely range from one to four inches across the state.
