The burned shell of an abandoned Tulsa church will be torn down to make room for Habitat for Humanity homes.
The former Bowen Baptist Church was heavily damaged in an arson fire in February. The building was boarded up when it burned.

Witnesses said they saw three children running from the scene, but they were never found.
The church turned over the property to Habitat for Humanity.
"We plan to build 7 or 8 homes on that site, so we're very excited about that," said Jane Dunbar with Habitat for Humanity.
Habitat has already built 28 new homes in that neighborhood.
