A Winter Weather Advisory continues for all of eastern Oklahoma until midnight.

News On 6 meteorologist Mike Grogan says a winter storm dumped sleet and snow across the region Wednesday morning and in some areas snow continues to fall.

He says the Tulsa area could see about an inch of snow while areas south and east of Tulsa and along the Oklahoma/Kansas state line could see up to three inches of snow.

Grogan says heavier amounts of snow, three to six inches could fall in far eastern Oklahoma mainly in Adair, Delaware and Sequoyah counties.

Roads and bridges across eastern Oklahoma remain slick because of the freezing rain and sleet which fell earlier in the morning.
