Man Charged With Murder In Creek County Case

There are new developments in a Creek County murder case.

Prosecutors charged Jimmy Moser with first degree murder in the death of Kimberly Davis.

An affidavit says Moser told investigators he was arguing with Davis, who was dating his dad.

He said the two struggled over a gun and she was shot in the stomach so he dragged her body to a burn pile on his dad's property, piled tires on top of her and set her on fire.

Investigators found Davis' remains on the property.

They said Moser confessed to them while he was being interviewed about murdering a man in Osage County.
