Prosecutors dismissed embezzlement charges this week against three former Tulsa Transit Authority drivers arrested in November 2014.
The three -- Justin Copeland, Lawrence Morgan and Kenneth Speed -- were among six drivers fired after an internal investigation in the sale of 2 Ride passes by the drivers.
Court records showed the authority had found a discrepancy in the 2 Ride pass program and began a financial review.
According to the City of Tulsa the other three drivers were not arrested, because they had paid back the amount that was taken.

At the end of a preliminary hearing in March for Copeland, Morgan and Speed, a Tulsa County judge ruled the state "did not demonstrate criminal intent."
Prosecutors appealed, but a judge denied the state's motion on April 20 and the state dismissed the embezzlement charges against the three men.
