A Broken Arrow teenager charged in connection with a shooting death in Owasso last month was arrested early Thursday.
U.S. Marshals arrested 18-year-old Jacob Pepper at home in Broken Arrow just after midnight.
Pepper is charged with first-degree murder. Pepper and two other men are accused of killing Emmett Woods, 26, on July 24 outside a Kum & Go convenience store on North Main. Those other men, Antonio Pruitt, 23, and Michael Hatcher, 23, turned themselves in to police last month.
All three are in the Tulsa County jail where they are being held without bond.
