A teenager is in a Gregg County, Texas jail and a 25 year old is in Arizona in connection with the kidnapping and death of a Talala man who had cerebral palsy.
Tulsa Police say officers in Longview, Texas arrested 19-year-old Sidney Randall for his part in the death of Chazz Holly. 25-year-old William Garrett was arrested by tribal police Wednesday night.
Sunday, August 16, Tulsa Police said Garrett was contacted by Tribal Police in Arizona in reference to a disturbance call and later found out he was wanted in connection to Holly's murder after he was released.
Police said once Arizona officers were informed, they arrested Garrett and transported him. He's now awaiting extradition.
Holly’s body was found by on the side of the Indian Nations Turnpike near Antlers. He was reported missing by his family on June 20. His body was discovered a month later.
Tulsa Police arrested Vernon Smith, 27, of Tulsa. He is charged with second-degree murder.

According to Smith's arrest report, Holly met the men to sell his family's truck, but when he backed out they gagged him and drove around with him in the back of the truck. Smith told police when they headed to Texas they realized Holly was dead and dumped his body along the highway.
Tulsa Police are still investigating and say more arrests are possible.
