Police arrested two men Monday they say shot a Tulsa woman found dead last Friday.
Investigators took Mario Gallegos, 23, and Juan Pablo Ruiz-Olvera, 24, into custody for the shooting death of 32-year-old Juanita Ibarra. Her body was found in her car parked near 4th Place and Memorial on August 28, 2015.
Tulsa Police Sgt. Dave Walker says surveillance video from a business led them to a Toyota Tacoma pickup they believe was connected to Ibarra's death. He says the video shows two men and Ibarra arguing outside a store in the 7800 block of East 21st Street. The two men were then seen leaving in the pickup.
